Women Who Do: Fundraise
They plan the events. They rally the sponsors. They turn connection into lasting impact.
Through signature fundraisers like Viva el Vino, Happy Bucks, golf tournaments, yard sales, and auctions the women of Junior Service League raise the resources that fund grants for local nonprofits; strengthening women, children, and families across Mesa County.
This is what Women Who Do look like when they expand what's possible!

Viva el Vino
For 36 years Viva el Vino has been JSL's signature fundraising event. In the Spring, Pouring For Good raised $20,000 for the grant program. Our Fall event Luau in the Orchard was an escape to a tropical paradise right in the orchard! A delicious Hawaiian dinner, Peach Fork Wine, dazzling Hawaiian dancer performances by Makana, hands-on cultural activities, and pure lei’d-back sippin’ under the trees. Funds raised support Mesa County nonprofits through the JSL grant program. Aloha vibes and unforgettable memories!

Patti Milius Culinary Scholarship
Patti Milius was a founding member of JSL, who was always thinking of others and working for the greater good. She was an accomplished cook and retired teacher. JSL honors her memory with a scholarship of $1,200 annually to fund a local woman attending the Culinary Arts Program at CMU-WCCC.
