The Junior Service League of Grand Junction believes that people working together can make a difference in the lives of others and in our community as a whole. As an organization for women, we want to honor women who work hard to make our community better.
The Junior Service League of Grand Junction is celebrating its 25th year of service and as part of this special year, the group will honor women in the Grand Valley who make a difference in our community with the Phenomenal Woman of the Year Award.

Anyone can nominate a woman who makes a difference. Simply fill out the nomination form and send it in to the address listed on the form.
The Grand Junction Junior Service League's Phenomenal Woman of the Year is an award designed to honor women who make a difference in our community by diligently working to benefit Mesa County children, families, women, senior citizens, arts, recreation, education, and/or health. Nominees for the Phenomenal Woman of the Year should strive toward making a difference either through their current job and/or as a volunteer primarily serving local residents. The nominee must volunteer for a Mesa County nonprofit organization or service club, but cannot be a current member of Junior Service League.
The Grand Junction Junior Service League's Phenomenal Woman of the Year award will be awarded at our year end, May Dinner meeting. The recipient of the award, along with a guest will be guests at the Junior Service League dinner where they will receive their award.
