The Community Giving Program enables the Junior Service League (JSL) of Grand Junction to support not-for-profit community organizations rendering services that enhance the quality of life for women, children and families in Mesa County.
Yes! It’s our 25th Anniversary! And to honor that...to “shake things up” a bit...the JSL Board decided this was the year to take our Community Giving / Grant Awards to a new level. We have officially declared 2009-2010 as THE YEAR OF THE CHILD. The GRANT GUIDELINES below, in conjunction with our GRANT APPLICATION are your criteria to apply for a JSL Grant. Please read them carefully and follow all instructions.
The proceeds raised by JSL, including through
our community events and cookbook sales, are dispersed back into
the community through grants. Last year we awarded more than $50,000 in funds to 18 local non-profit organizations and hospitals. If you are involved
with a local non-profit, we invite you to complete our grant application.
If you have any questions about our grant process, please e-mail
