 Our
first cookbook, West of the Rockies, was originally produced in
the mid-90's as yet another way of generating revenue that JSL could
disperse back into our community. It wasn't long, however, before
it stopped being recognized as only a charitable project and became
known as a dang good cookbook! The recipes are easy to
follow, consistently good and uniquely Colorado!
Our original commitment to giving the proceeds from our cookbooks
back to the community remains steadfast. When you buy our cookbooks
